Straight outta Mario Odyssey, Power moons are used to fuel Mario's adventures around the world. This was the inspiration for the featured shot of this year's Winter St. Jude Charity Stream!
Elliface's Power Moon Jello Shots
The Jello Shot starts out humble, but can actually become quite gourmet! These shots include real orange juice and a surplus of B vitamins to aid in focus and increase alcohol consumption ability ;)
Ingredients
- 3 packages of Orange Jello gelatin
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1.5 cups cold water
- 1.5 cups vodka (orange flavored vodka optional)
- 50 2oz cups with lids (for stacking)
- (Optional) Candied orange peel for garnish
- (Optional) Caffeine-free orange Gfuel powder
Instructions
- Boil 3 cups of water
- Empty jello powder into a large mixing bowl and add the boiling water
- (if adding gfuel powder, add this now)
- Continue stirring for two minutes or until the jello is completely dissolved
- Add in the 1.5 cups of cold water and 1.5 cups of vodka.
- Stir until well-mixed and pour into 2oz. cups filled 1/2 to 3/4 of the way.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, and garnish each cup with candied orange peel (optional)
